Sorry, but you do not respond until it is something that could hurt your business or if the sale has not beed made. I could not get anybody to call me back a few weeks ago and yes I did make a purchase.

I could not get anybody to call me back a few weeks ago and yes I did make a purchase. Actually, over the years I bought 3 cars from CHD but this was the last one. Too late for any attempt to reconcile. Whatever you would suggest would involve me spending more time at your dealership which I have absolutley no desire to do. You have lost a customer. Your sales people should treat all customers better than they do now. Especially your young sales manager rich who is a liar. Ask him if he remembers because I told him to his face.
