This regards Mercedes of Cherry Hill I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cherry Hill which is 1 hour and 20 minutes from my home. On Wednesday, I spoke with the dealership and explicitly confirmed the price and availability of a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) GLA. We set up a firm appointment for the next day, Thursday, at 11:00 AM to buy the car.At 9:30 AM on Thursday morning—just an hour and a half before my appointment—I received a phone call from Mat Ruderman. He explicitly re-confirmed that the vehicle was available at the agreed-upon price. He also confirmed a second, similar GLA in a different color was available as a backup just in case.When I arrived at 11:00 AM, the salesman took my keys to appraise my trade-in (a 2022 Bronco Sport with 75k miles in very good condition). When he returned, both he and the manager completely changed their story. They claimed that BOTH vehicles had actually been sold on Wednesday. I do not see how it is possible for Mat to have honestly verified their availability at 9:30 AM on Thursday morning if they had been sold the previous day. To make matters worse, one of these cars is still actively listed on their website as available 24 hours later. According to Carfax records, one of these vehicles has been listed for sale since May, and the other since the end of June. The vehicles involved are VIN: w1n4n4hb2tj785371 and VIN: w1n4n4hb8tj837666.They immediately tried to move me into a brand-new vehicle with a 8% discount off MSRP. They heavily lowballed my trade-in, offering just $10,000 for a vehicle that Carvana had already formally valued at $17,000. It appeared they were trying to take $7,000 of my equity to subsidize their "discount" on the new car. When I refused, the salesman offered to pull a dealership courtesy car, rush it through a CPO certification, and deliver it to my house 1.5 hours away. I turned them down and walked out not trusting this to happen and unwilling to take 10k for my trade in. In my opinion, this dealership used deceptive inventory practices to lure me to dealership in order to move a more expensive car. More

After an extensive search for the perfect car, I thought I had found it at Cherry Hill Imports. Since the dealership is 300 miles away, I was very thorough in performing my due diligence in regards to the c I had found it at Cherry Hill Imports. Since the dealership is 300 miles away, I was very thorough in performing my due diligence in regards to the car. After agreeing upon a price, I purchased a one way ticket and flew into Philadelphia airport. The dealership provided a Lyft to the dealership and the car was seemingly perfect. I briefly test drove it and even went as far as using my OBD2 scanner to check for hidden fault codes. We closed the deal around 3:30 pm and I left the dealer for my 6 hour drive home in my dream car (23 Corvette convertible). After 30 minutes on the road, the car threw a check engine light. I used my OBD2 scanner and it revealed an emissions related code that could not be cleared. The code reader showed drivability concerns and recommended immediate service due to the severity of the issue. I immediately returned to the dealership and returned the car. I received an immediate refund. Now, here I am in NJ without any transportation, and a six hour drive from home. I asked if the dealership would help offset the costs associated with my return trip home. I didn’t request reimbursement for my trip up there, just a little goodwill in helping my return trip. “There’s nothing we can do.” That was their answer. I wasn’t demanding a first class ticket home. Just any assistance. Sometimes doing the right thing is not the most cost effective. Cherry Hill Imports seems to cherish the almighty dollar above and beyond everything. Be aware. By, the way, do yourself a favor and READ THESE REVIEWS - you will notice a pattern that will become quite obvious. Poor service, poor attitude, overcharging for service and vehicles, and general disinterest in truly serving their customers - that's my synopsis of several reviews over the last 3 to 5 years. I could not recommend Cherry Hill Imports to my worst enemy. More

I was recommended to Jared by my neighbor who just purchased a VW Taos. I had just been in an accident which had totaled my SUV of 13 years. I lucked into a rental of a Tiguan. And was questioning my neighbor about her choice of the VW. She raved about it and I was enjoying my experience with the Tiguan. She recommended Jared to me and couldn't have done me a better favor in my life. My car was totaled on Tuesday and I was in a new car with Jared by Saturday! I was told that “You are number one on the list of Targa GTS clients, however the GTS will be priced at $20K over MSRP”. I can understand the addition of an ADM in this climate of uncertainty where now every 911 is a GT3 to some clients, but not to a legacy client like me. I have been supporting and have enjoyed a solid personal and purchase history with the family for many years. Informing me about a $20K ADM fee over MSRP 4 months after the demand letter was executed is wrong. Had I known 4 months ago I would have approached other dealers. This resulted in missed opportunities which are not available now when timing is so critical to the allocation process. My first purchase from Flemington Porsche where I'm number 1 on their list for a 911 Targa GTS... MSRP and NO $20K ADM fee. More
