Great Service & Experience Just leased my 2nd Jetta from Cherry Hill Volkswagen! Since I live about 2 hours from them, I was able to do all of my paperwork via email and also talk through options by phone and email and the staff here, especially George and Jose were always available and very quick to reply to make this a great experience. Picking up the car couldnt have been easier as well. I was taken right away to handle my paperwork and was out the door in my car within 30 minutes. They are very friendly and professional and you definitely dont get the feeling that you are dealing with a "shady" dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Do not use trust their service department Do not trust your service department. I called up their service department to set up an appointment to bring my car in to fix some engine issues. I sp Do not trust your service department. I called up their service department to set up an appointment to bring my car in to fix some engine issues. I specifically asked them on the phone if it would be covered by the warranty. I described the issues and supplied them the OBD2 codes that I had read. After being told the repairs would be covered and waiting weeks for the appointment. I took off work and went to drop my car off at the dealership. I then had to again describe in detail why I was bringing my car in and supply the codes. I was then told that nothing would be covered by the warranty and it would at a minimum cost me several hundreds of dollars just for parts. They lie to get you into the dealership to try and force you to use their service department. Do you self a favor and avoid them at all cost. More

2014 Audi A6 Appointment Debacle I had been looking for an Audi A6 TDI pre-owned and found one listed at Cherryhill imports. Made an appointment online, discussed with online rep and I had been looking for an Audi A6 TDI pre-owned and found one listed at Cherryhill imports. Made an appointment online, discussed with online rep and told them I intended to buy if price was right on 2014 A6, 8K miles. Driving up from Eastern Shore to look at. Appointment for 1030-1100, Scheduled Sales rep did not show up until 1045, don't want use names, obviously rushed in and was not very pleasant. The dealer set us up with someone who came in early for her usual shift, even as we gathered someone already working at that time. Went to get car that took 20 minutes to bring around, that was being used by Service manager as loaner. Car was not cleaned, and looked like it was not for sale, had been keyed down both sides. I had contacted 4 days prior to my visit. Sales rep stated they would send the car to the body shop for repair, and had no idea about the scratches. The sales rep obviously did not prepare in the least for the visit. Went to another dealer and purchased same vehicle that day. Will never look at Cherryhill imports again. They at least offered to give Visa Card for gas, and wasted trip. More
