My sales professional James Zurick was just that - we were able to work a deal by email, with me in Florida and him in a training class in Georgia. Got a decent price for my trade-in, and did not have to bring it to New Jersey to close the deal. He was very helpful at the time of sale, taking time to explain all the car's functions.
