Cherry Hill Audi is the nearest dealership to me, and I have visited this dealership three times. The first time we went to inquire and possibly order the "hot car of the moment" Audi S5 in 2008, we were not greeted in the empty showroom for the first 10 minutes. They did not take us seriously. I do not even remember the salesperson, but he barely answered our questions about the car because there was such a delay in receiving a car to order. In fact, the rep didn't even offer to see if we wanted to place a deposit on ordering the S5, which we would have in a heartbeat. We left underwhelmed by the service, and purchased the S5 at a dealership by the shore, full asking price. Just recently, we went to Cherry Hill Audi again. Again, no greeting in the showroom for the first 10 min. We looked around the showroom because we were deciding between S6 and S7 (looked at A7 because S7 was going to be released any day). We really wanted to buy a car here because it is better to support a local business and it is convenient in many ways (service, etc). Again, no one paid attention to us, even after we explained we wanted to buy the S6 or S7, and that we currently own S5. My husband and I appreciate great luxury cars, and between he and I we have been through many luxury car dealerships. Cherry Hill Audi ranks the bottom of the bottom low experience, ever. Lower than any car dealership experience (even Honda, Acura, etc). There's no hospitality and the sales people knew less about the car than my husband (car release dates, price, etc). Again, we walked away disappointed because we wanted to purchase here, but the sales people were not knowledgeable, and they just didn't seem to care. We bought a beautiful S7 two weeks later at a dealership in Northern Jersey. The funny thing is, the sale people in Cherry Hill must not care if they sell cars or not. We never got any follow up phone calls, ever, which is rare! Car sales people are usually persistent with follow up calls. But not this one, which I guess, is a positive in this situation. Today, Saturday around 3 pm I went to buy an Audi mug. The S7 has two cup holders. One holder is inconveniently, extremely small, but Audi sells a tumbler that is made to fit. The woman at the front desk didnt even seem like an employee there. Didn't greet me but I asked her if I could purchase accessories. She looked perplexed but I explained what I needed. The mugs are always displayed in a clear display case in every Audi showroom. She said the parts department is closed and they have keys to the display case. Therefore, I could not purchase a mug. This is so beyond ridiculous. Doesn't this dealership want to SELL stuff? I can't even buy an overpriced tumbler at this dealership! It is incredulous that only the parts department has keys to sell items in the display case. I don't have anything personal against this dealership but I cannot take this dealership seriously on any level, except for the fact the the Audi cars are beautiful cars. This dealership lacks in professionalism on every level. I will probably never even get my S7 serviced here because of the underwhelming experience I have had at the sales department, and now "parts" department as well. How could I trust good service from this dealership who doesn't seem professional? I have never heard of a car dealership who could not even sell me an over priced coffee tumbler on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm. It is a shame. This dealership is the closest to my house, and I cannot even take advantage of their services, or lack there of. More

As a previous Finance Manager in the business and specifically the VW/Audi product line I got myself all geared up to use my knowledge to facilitate the right transaction for my family. Unfortunately I never had a chance to put my knowledge to work. Frankly this dealership was to professional, courteous and customer oriented for my having experience in the business to even make a difference. My purchase, a certified pre-owned Routan was incredible. There simply aren't enough ways to express my thanks for the hassle free, no-nonsense legitimate caring that we experienced. For starters we contacted Jim Kanz in the internet sales department who was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. He introduced me to his General Sales Manager who in turn introduced me to Jaime. Jaime showed us not only the vehicle we had come in to see but alternatives based on our needs in order to make the best deision for our family. She gave us time to consider the options and make the right decision with no hassle or headache. She is courteous & professional in every sense of the word and I would say if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle and you don't go see Jaime you are doing yourself a huge disservice. Every situation that could have posed a problem was easily and professionally dealt with and put to bed. My situation took a little extra time to align the financing because life happens. I new that would be the case going in but I did not know how easily the situation would be rectified.....Kristen in finance was a true professional and I hope to work with her again on my next purchase. Additionally I was shocked not to see the standard myriad of fees associated with purchasing a vehicle in this state. Thank you for that.....I just saved a lot of money on my car purchase!!!! Yes I will be going back to Cherry Hill Imports to purchase my TDI Passat in December. I would not consider going anywhere else and I have worked for the competion....competition in theory only as this group is hands down the number one VW, Audi, Porsche dealership in the state. Well worth the drive if your considering this product and reside within 100 miles. More

My experiencd leasing a 2013 Tiquan was, incredibly pleasant & pressure free. This is my second experience with Bob Gale. Such a professional experience. Efficient, courteous &, stress free. Jaime was great to work with - everything was done over email quickly, professionally and painlessly. She responded to my initial inquiry about the availability of a specific model and color with a price email quickly, professionally and painlessly. I told her truthfully that I had another dealer offering a lower price, but that that dealer was less conveniently located to me than Cherry Hill (we were coming to Philly from NYC for a friend's birthday). She countered with a price that was lower than the other dealer and I believe fair for both of her and I. Deal done. My wife and arrived in Philly on a 4:45 train, arrived at the dealership 5pm, met Jaime in person, signed papers and drove off of the lot by 5:30pm. Based on my experiences with other dealers, I have to admit that I was expecting something to come up - everything seemed too easy. And since we were coming from out of town, I was even worried that perhaps she was just trying to get me in the door so that she could sell us something else. But there were no surprises, and both my wife and I have joked that buying this car was less stressful than shopping for a sweater. More

I was driving from NYC down to DC and the low tire inflator light came on. Car had about 1700 miles on it so far. I used the Audi MMI to find the nearest dealer - Cherry Hill Audi - stopped in, they inflator light came on. Car had about 1700 miles on it so far. I used the Audi MMI to find the nearest dealer - Cherry Hill Audi - stopped in, they checked it out, fixed it, explained the situation, and done in 10 minutes. No charge. Given their location vs. mine, it's unlikely I'll ever do actual business with them (and its likely they know that), but they were friendly and reflected on Audi dealers well, and their work was appreciated. More
