I am always pleasantly surprised when I bring my car in for service because the bill is always reasonable. The diagnosis and service is always reliable and and I never feel like they are trying to push me to repair something that is unnecessary. Honest reliable service is so appreciated! More

Service Yesterday I called service to have a tire replaced and was given a time of 1 pm the following day. Unfortunately I needed to be on the road by that ti Yesterday I called service to have a tire replaced and was given a time of 1 pm the following day. Unfortunately I needed to be on the road by that time so I was going to postpone the repair. This turned out to be very inconvenient for me since I had off from work, which does not happen often. I called early in the morning to see if something had changed and spoke to Loraine Milosevic. She told me to come over and it would take 45 minutes. I explained that the day before I was told by a gentleman that it could not be done until 1 pm. She assured me it was fine. She was right on and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Thank you Loraine, it is great to have my car repaired and you were wonderful. More

Terrible Experience! DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR TO THEM!! Terrible experience! I sold my car to them and Joe Morin, the sales man, promised I would receive my check at the second day. After about 5 days, I st Terrible experience! I sold my car to them and Joe Morin, the sales man, promised I would receive my check at the second day. After about 5 days, I still did not receive it. I called Joe, but no one at the phone. I called the dealer and they transfer my call to their sales manager, the manager talked to me nicely at first. However, when he know I was selling my car rather than buy from them, the man's attitude changed at once. DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR TO THEM! More

Water Pump leak My 2011 XJL Jaguar had a minor water leak detected during a service visit in October 2014. I was unable to return to the dealership until today.(5/15/ My 2011 XJL Jaguar had a minor water leak detected during a service visit in October 2014. I was unable to return to the dealership until today.(5/15/15) The leak in this 4 year old car was fixed free of charge and Loraine Milosevic the Service Consultant was courteous, most helpful and very efficient. Oleg gave me a fair price for the Jaguar (and by fair, I mean the lowest), and offered me a fair (and by this fair I mean the highest) price for my trade in. He told me about the various options and warranties available, but didn't try to push anything. Once we made the deal, he processed me through all of the paperwork clearly and efficiently.
