WELL ALL LIES AS THE SUBJECT STATES NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT HAVE THE CAR I WAS ASKING ABOUT NOT THE COLOR OR EQUIPMENT THAT I WAS TOLD YES WE GOT MORE IN PLUS OTHERS THERE WAS A FEW BUT NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I was told to rich out to Robert Shared the sales manager, when I did, he tried to tell me in the span of one hour there was a repair order on it and they increased the price from $22,999 to $25,999 and they wouldn't and didn't have to honor the price he verbally agreed to...they raised the price $3000 because they had other interest and tried to lie to me that it is standard practice. Horrible! Charlie Faulk should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this dealership. I should have read previous reviews, they are mostly all bad with similar customer service issues......... More

I was immediately appalled at the way this customer was treated. The same older man spoke with me and within 2 min of the conversation had a terrible attitude while other employees just stood around. What right does anyone have to treat people with such attitude who walk into your establishment. I will NOT be recommending this place to friends nor family in this area. Not a chance. More

Typical car dealer ... haggle on price and false promises My buying experience here had negative and positive highlights. My sales person Tyler did a great job fitting me with the car I wanted and even delivered the car to me so I wouldn't have to wait at dealership for it to be detailed. What I didn't like was that they haggled on price big time, and the monthly payment we agreed on wasn't what appeared on the papers I was signing at the end. They did adjust it for me to get it down but in the end it was still not what was agreed on so beware when purchasing. The other negative aspect of the sale was I was told I would be receiving 2 keys for the car, I only received 1 key and when I went back to pick up the plates, no 2nd key. It's annoying to be told something and then not receive it so now I will have to spend 100 bucks to get a second key made. I think they should have offered to get another key made since that was promised to me. More

Not satisfied I bought a used car 2007 within 3 weeks from them at the signing of the contract the price was higher then I was quoted I am a disable veteran on a fi I bought a used car 2007 within 3 weeks from them at the signing of the contract the price was higher then I was quoted I am a disable veteran on a fixed income an my wife an I needed a car as our old one went bad, so far it has been back to the dealer 2 times for the same thing, I have not even made my first payment yet an yesterday my wife got stuck broke down where as I had to go get her I called the dealer an now have to wait another week to get it in an fixed,I do not know what to do now as we have to reach out to people to see if they can take us to our destination appt since we will not have a car of our own that works More

They scam the xxxx out of you...I also called other Mitsubishi dealerships in New Jersey and they all said this place scams customers. DON'T BY YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!! This dealership is being reported to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. More
