My daughter found a Jeep Patriot that she was interested in at this car dealership. The car was listed as $10,998 on the website but when we got there it was priced at almost $16,000. We were told online wa in at this car dealership. The car was listed as $10,998 on the website but when we got there it was priced at almost $16,000. We were told online was the cash price. But after speaking with them they dropped the price to 11,999. This would be my daughter’s first vehicle. They tried to give her a ridiculous interest rate of 17.6% through Westlake (who are they). Way to high! She has good credit and we were putting down $4500. Long story short we were talked into putting $300 down to hold the car for two weeks until she got her paystub reflecting the full time hours she had worked. She had just gone from part time to full time considering she is a college student but felt ready to take on the responsibility. In the meantime we were going to her bank to try to get a much better interest rate. During the week she attempted to keep in contact with the finance department and the salesman at the dealership to gather the bill of sale and anything else she would need for her bank. Both completely ignored her emails and calls. I as her mother new something was wrong. Come to find out they had sold the vehicle about 4 days after she put her deposit down. The salesman Julian Talley and Matt never contacted her but ignored her. The GM of Sales ( Tom) was extremely defensive and nasty when we spoke to him about what had happened. He started yelling for us to just come get her deposit. Then he put Travis on the phone who lacked just as much professionalism as the others had. Needless to say, the worst experience ever buying a car. I would never buy a car from this dealership or recommend them. Do not do business with this place.
