Rick met us at the truck, introduced himself and we discussed and looked over the vehicle. It was as advertised. We had our trade in truck looked over by the tech's. We discussed prices and said we would call back with a decision in a day or so. Zero pressure to buy! Called Rick back later and said we would buy the truck if a new set of tires were included on the truck. Rick said no problem. Deal consumated 3 days later. Excellent service without any pressure.
