Chestatee Ford

I was given a tour of the Explorers on the lot. We looked for what I wanted and what I did not want in a vehicle. Andy was very helpful and tried very hard to find what I wanted. When I could find what I wanted he offered to order what I wanted. He kept me up to date on the building and the arrival of my new Explorer. When my car arrived he went over everything in detail. He was very helpful in setting up my car, explaining how things worked and pointing out everything I couldn't possibly think to ask about. He also offered to answer any question I may have in the future. He took me to the service department and introduced me to the service desk for future visits. I felt very comfortable with Andy. He is a down to earth guy and I will recommend others to buy a car from him. I hope I don't need another car for a long time. I love my new Explorer. Andy Conger responded to my initial inquiry quickly and worked to find a vehicle of my liking. I used the internet with 3 other dealerships when searching for my F-250 Super Duty Lariat. Brad's response was very prompt, and he made an appointment with me the very next day, which was his day o searching for my F-250 Super Duty Lariat. During my visit to the dealership, Brad was very professional, knew his product, and did not try to sway me one way or the other. I left and came home to discuss the purchase with Amber, and did more research. Brad called me to inform me about an incentive from Ford. I told Brad to get the truck ready, and we would come pick it up. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. No hassle whatsoever. Brad also took my cell phone, and synced it in with the Bluetooth. This was truely the best experience I have had when purchasing a new vehicle. This is our first Ford, and I have to say, the great experience we had at Chestatee made a very strong impression on us. The numbers Andy gave us back in June were excellent, and they were still the same when we picked up our new Flex this week. All the discounts that we had found, Andy had already pulled up. There was nothing hidden, flim-flammy or weird about the process, and it was such a relief that we were shocked. As we got in our wonderful new car and drove away, we looked at each other and said, wow, that's how it's supposed to be when you buy a car! I can't recommend them highly enough-they were consistent, friendly and informative throughout the ordering, waiting, and purchasing process. More

Andy Conger has been a real pleasure to work with. I had some very negative experiences at some other dealerships, but Andy's friendly attitude and customer service convinced me that if I was going to purch some very negative experiences at some other dealerships, but Andy's friendly attitude and customer service convinced me that if I was going to purchase a vehicle, it would be through him and Chestatee Ford. Most of our interaction was over the phone, but he was always honest and friendly. Andy went out of his way to find the F-150 I wanted and arrange to have it delivered to the dealership. He was very willing to work with me and answer all my questions about trade-ins and financing. While the X-plan price is a fixed price, I know I got a great deal with the rebates included. The financing was upfront and they worked with me to make sure I got the best possible rate. I plan on keeping my F-150 for a very long time, but when it comes time to trade in my wife's Expedition, I already know we'll be buying it from Andy Conger and the great folks at Chestatee Ford. More
