Salesmen in showroom never spoke or acted interested. Had to go to one to get his attention, then he reluctantly looked in computer. Told us he had nothing in our price range,making no attempt @ negotiation! to go to one to get his attention, then he reluctantly looked in computer. I feel that I obligated to let others know they maybe getting over charged. I gave two stars because staff was friendly and got me in and out. But they don't seem to me knowledgeable about pricing or services that they are providing. If anyone from the dealership would like to reach out to me and solve this problem I am happy to provide the email from the service manager as proof that I was overcharged and he did agree to refunding my money.
