I do not believe you are sorry at all. I brought this vehicle back to your dealership weeks after purchasing it new. And numerous times after that. You had every opportunity to do what was right but yet you chose to keep saying it was normal. Knowing it was not . Then I make an appointment and it sets for two weeks on your lot and you do not even look at it . So I came and picked it up and took it to another dealership who immediately diagnosed the problem of what i was telling you from day one ! I would never buy anything else from your dealership nor recommend you to anyone. If anything id say stay away from your dealership because you do not stand behind what you sell
