Buyer beware is the most accurate phrase you can make about this dealership. I purchased a 2013 Cruze with 86k in March 2019. In mid-June, I noticed the coolant was low, so I brought it to Pep boys and they this dealership. I purchased a 2013 Cruze with 86k in March 2019. In mid-June, I noticed the coolant was low, so I brought it to Pep boys and they found the engine had an internal leak. So, within 3 months of ownership, I needed a new engine, new turbo, new intake manifold, new cat converter, and a few other repairs. The funny thing was, after the first two weeks my check engine light came on and GMC of Murfreesboro said they didn't see anything wrong. I find it hard to believe that $8,000 worth of repairs just magically appeared during 3 months and 9K miles of owning the car. I am writing this review now because I just got my car back. Thankfully I had the powertrain warranty so most of these repairs were covered. But I had to pay $1,275 for issues that weren’t on top the 2 months of rental car expenses. It seems abundantly clear GMC never properly inspected the car when they first acquired it, sold it to me, and when I brought it back. That’s 3 opportunities for them to see any type of issue. They (GMC) failed at every corner. I would expect this from a smaller dealership with less resources, but this is totally inexcusable. More

This Chevrolet dealer in Murfreesboro is almost intimidating with how big, clean, and expansive it is. The selections of new and used cars, all quality stuff, is amazing. Their internet presence described the vehicle I wanted exactly and when I went there to see it, I met Sam. This was a purchase for cash thing and Sam listened to exactly what I wanted and addressed everything my wife and me needed in a very fair deal. Sam made it happen and I want to have others know that about this guy and the place he works. Rarely does a car buying adventure taste good, but this one did. More

Joey actually totally cares. He checks in with me periodically long after the sale. He listened to me before the sale with no pressure.
