Save your money! I took my GMC pickup in for servicing at this dealership. After dropping off my truck for servicing I was called about the cost and it was very high I took my GMC pickup in for servicing at this dealership. After dropping off my truck for servicing I was called about the cost and it was very high cost for this type of repair. When I arrived they tried to charge me even more than the amount the quoted when they called. Then I drive off after emptying my wallet and my Service engine light comes on. I take it back to follow up and the service writer was trying to tell me I needed to change my O2 sensor. The service engine light has never came on before them servicing my vehicle. I guess I am just very disappointed in how poor the service was. My parting words of advice would be to beware of the service dept. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More

He came in on two different days that he was scheduled to be off, just so we could get everything in order so we could get our car sooner. The last visit was to get the extra key programmed and new mates for our car. He stayed in touch with us and kept on top of everything. He made sure we were comfortable and had plenty of snacks and drinks on our wait time. We just wanted to let Korey know we appreciate everything he has done for us and helping us get a beautiful car. Great Buying Experience We arrived at the Dealership mid afternoon on a Saturday. We were met and greeted at the door by Joey McGuire, our Sales Specialists. He listened to our wants for the new car to be equipped with. He made sure we knew where the snack bar was located before he headed out to get the first car to test drive. We had a couple of test drives and were pretty much ready to buy, however my wife and I both felt the car we were looking at was missing the pizzazz we wanted. We decided to look at a Buick Enclave and Joey brought one around. It was a 2019 Buick Enclave Avenir, which we proceeded to take on a test drive. When we got back to the dealership my wife and looked at each other and nodded, “this is the one!” It had the pizzazz we we looking for! We made the deal and proceeded with the paperwork working with Butch Bugg. I have never had a clearer explanation of our purchasing and coverage option than the one Butch provided. It was a great car buying experience! More
