If I asked him something and didn't know the answer, he would tell me he doesn't know, but Kevin provided a great experience. He was honest, and fair. Kevin and Bubba both made sure to have the Altima checked out for any concerns that I had, like the battery and had it replaced with no problem, as well as providing a warranty on it.
