I was not very happy with the service I received. Be very careful at this dealership. After purchase I could not get issues resolved. I was having tranny issues and there was a different reason on 5 separate occasions on why they could After purchase I could not get issues resolved. I was having tranny issues and there was a different reason on 5 separate occasions on why they could not schedule an appointment. It got very close to warranty time running out. I took it to another dealership and they fit me in and resolved the issue. After this I would not go back to them for anything. Now they constantly contact me with Onstar service notices. I’ve asked them to stop contacting me but they continue. On 5/9 I talked to service manager Jim about getting them to stop contacting me and he promised to “take care of it”. Of course today 7/15, they contacted me again about having some service work done. Terrible. More
