This has been such a positive experience for me so far! Tylor was such a great person all around to deal with. He is very relatable as a person and as a salesman. I was very nervous going into this, but he was very good at making me feel comfortable right from the start. He had options available for me and was very patient with me as I test drove each one and sorted through my thoughts so I could make sure I got a vehicle I felt comfortable in. He even worked very well with me when it came down to the financial part... doing everything he could to make sure I got the best deal so I could walk out feeling happy and very sure that I made the right decision. He was never pushy about anything, and definitely made everything go very smoothly. Especially since I hadn't bought a car in years...he made sure to explain things so I was never in doubt about anything the whole time I was in there. Even signing papers with Gavin was easy and he even made sure I knew everything I was signing, so there was no questions there as well! More
