After scanning my truck I decided to bring it to this dealership, I explained to advisor Jordan that my truck is misfiring and needs multi-point inspection…I was told to pay $220 for diagnostic. After 7hrs I was called that I need to add $500 or they can’t continue with my diagnosis😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I picked my truck with no diagnosis information because u need more money. SCAM !!!!!!!!! Jordan was an excellent service provider and made my experience excellent. Not sure why you guys cannot send the info to the DMV as it was Chevys fault my car was recalled. I am not looking forward to d experience excellent. Not sure why you guys cannot send the info to the DMV as it was Chevys fault my car was recalled. I am not looking forward to dealing with this with the DMV. It should be Chevy‘s responsibility to forward the information to the department of motor and vehicles for the state of California.Chevy recalled my car and I was not able to get my tags even though I paid for them from the state of California. This has been a real hassle for me. More

When I went to pickup my truck I paid the cashier then waited 30 minutes for my truck I asked one of the people who signs the cars in to check for me, it looks as though the cashier never informed anyone waited 30 minutes for my truck I asked one of the people who signs the cars in to check for me, it looks as though the cashier never informed anyone to bring my truck around to me. Also the reason for service was oil change and 75,000 mile tune-up. My truck always idled quiet and smooth, it now idles rough. I wasn't able to bring it back because I was leaving early the next morning for a cross country road trip. I called back when I noticed it when I was New Mexico to informed Jordan my service person, the guy who answered the phone told me he told her about my complaint and that she would call me back I never got a phone call back I will be back the first of September and bring my truck back in to check the rough idle.
