It appears to be very unorganized and many of the staff told me incorrect information on multiple occasions. It took me three tries to return my lease and required me to call GM financial to get correct in told me incorrect information on multiple occasions. Since I’ve returned the car, the dealer has called multiple times asking about helping me purchase it at the end of the lease. In my experience the customer service has declined dramatically as ownership has changed over the last decade. More
