i was told the car was ready so i came back to the shop via uber to find it was not fixe. the service rep did not call me on the day that i brought the car in as promised nor did he call me the next day e via uber to find it was not fixe. the service rep did not call me on the day that i brought the car in as promised nor did he call me the next day either and i had to call him. i called the service manager on the next business day and left a message with the rep that answered. no call back from the service manager so i called 6 hours later. he said he did not receive the call and that he would call me the next day after he looked into the situation ...its now 3 days later and i have not received a call from the manager ...clearly there are some issues on follow up and handling the customer and this is surprising as i have had good experiences in the past. More

Ruben is the best. He always takes care of me when I go there. Very honest and caring. Great at his job! He makes sure to call me in a timely manner about any issues my vehicle would have with a service pl there. Very honest and caring. Great at his job! There are some other people I have experienced before continuously seeing Ruben who were just rude, abrasive, and didn’t care about providing quality customer service. Very disappointed with the workers and the manager. We were told over the phone there wouldn’t be any charge when we came in. Upon coming in we were told of extra service charge that we didn’t even need o were told over the phone there wouldn’t be any charge when we came in. Upon coming in we were told of extra service charge that we didn’t even need or want. Then being frustrated we advised we will do a review for this team, and the manager got upset and told us he will not even service us and we should take our car to another dealership. Then my mother had to come and beg him to service it. That was so not needed but she felt bad that I took the day off in order to get the oil change done. We were lied to over the phone that it would only be an Oil change, and had bad customer service from the Staff and especially the manager. We won’t be coming to this location again for sure. More

Went to have my oil changed on sat . When I bought my car in 2018 after a month I realized it wasn't the one I really wanted. But kept it any.
