While I did feel I was being oversold on an expensive 40K service (the car had been thoroughly inspected upon buying out the lease in 2019, and had minimal 2020 mileage due to the pandemic), I opted for a reduced service that I was comfortable with. They did good work, but it was very expensive. Someone tried breaking into my truck so I needed new ignition components. They were bad at keeping in touch with me, and I had to go out of my way to call mu tried breaking into my truck so I needed new ignition components. I only came to the Chevy dealership because I figured they would have the parts I need in stock, but it ended up taking just as long as if I had gone anywhere else, just for a much much higher price. Overall it was a poor experience, but at least I had financing options. The rep didn't inform me of this until I asked, however. More
