Jordan checked the paperwork I brought in to see what work was recommended. She informed me that the tire rotation didn't need to be done yet due to low mileage since last one. Took care in for 7am appointment on Wednesday . Was to be called in 2 hours . Never received call. At end of day went and was told not even looked at. Thursday called as had again not heard anything and no c called in 2 hours . Never received call. At end of day went and was told not even looked at.
