I am a US veteran and they broke my car First of all I am a US veteran that served in Iraq and Afghanistan nonetheless On February 28 2017 9:30 am I took my car for maintenance and after t First of all I am a US veteran that served in Iraq and Afghanistan nonetheless On February 28 2017 9:30 am I took my car for maintenance and after they done I picked it up at 5 PM One hour or less later I find out that my dashboard it's broke I called them to let them know and the lady on the desk she said Bring the car back tomorrow morning so we can take a look at it I went there and the manager wasn't there she told me she will talk to the manager and call me tomorrow morning two days later and nobody called me I decide to call them the manager asked me to show up I went there immediately when the manager came outside to look at my truck he told me that he got to talk to one of those maintenance guys first before he can make any decision on whether he is going to fix it or not he says just go home and I will call you tomorrow morning three days later I called them and I asked to speak to the manager the same lady that I spoke to the first time answered the phone and told me that the manager tell her that he's not going to fix it at the same time that I was there that means he never spoke to the workers he was determined not to fix my car first place I asked her when did he told you that she told me he told me that as soon as you finished talking to him the manager and he was very rude he doesn't even wanted to see my face around the facility I told him I am going to follow complaint with the attorney general and it seems like they don't even care My email: soufyannaouri@gmail.com More

I test drove a car I really liked and wanted so I put money down to hold it and then the next morning I changed my mind and wanted a different car they had which I told them my budget for down payment was $1,000 and it was the whole reason I drove those certain cars and then I'm literally on the way to pick it up I had already switched over my insurance and everything! And they have the AUDACITY to call me and say hey just wanted to make sure you're aware of the circumstances for this car and I'm like okay???????? And he proceeds to tell me it's 2k down and I'm like NOPE that's a lie I was told last night it was 1k so the manager I worked with the night before gets on the phone and he won't even let me talk just continues to LIEEEEE and say he told me 2k which is untrue and a lie. My husband was also there and knows what was said as well. So literally wasted so much of my time and lost a very good client because they are LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
