I am very sorry to hear about your experience with our Sales Department. The original car you were working on with $1000.00 down was approved by the bank because it was a new car with rebates. When you switched to the third vehicle and the bank was called to change the vehicle they would not approve it with $1000.00 because it was a used car with no rebates. If we could have gotten the deal approved with $1000.00 down we certainly would have done so. We always try to accommodate our customer's needs, but unfortunately the bank would not approve those terms with the third vehicle. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
