Service completed within the time given as estimate I had a problem when I parked the SUV the computer did not register that it was in park even though physically it was in park. This issue did not allow me to fully shut down the vehicle with cycling the shifter multiple times. The service department correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement part and got me in quickly upon the parts arrival They told me two to three hours, it was done in two and a half Even better it was warranty so I only had to pay for the oil change I requested More

Met by Service Rep as I pulled into the parking lot at 7:30A Kim took excellent care of me as she prepped the paperwork, Service also provided me w/ a loaner as the job as projected to take most of the day I get a call from service at 2P making sure I was OK w/ a module replacement for $XX - I give the OK 5PM - I arrive to pick up and pay - Service walks me through everything that was done, THE MECHANIC/TECH COMES OUT AND ANSWERS MY QUESTIONS/REVIEWS THE SERVCE (OMG!!!) All dealerships should incorporate this into the pickup - nothing says "we care" more than the Tech taking time to talk directly to the Customer about everything that was done & why!!!!! EXCELLENT!! More

Jeff Zee hand-picked a Corvette for my wife/lawyer, who is fairly picky and has had many high performance cars. However, based on our experience with the Zee family, my wife was so confident in Zee Auto Group's knowledge that she purchased the Corvette, site unseen.
