Ready On Time I was called by the dealership to arrange an appointment for service on my traverse. I picked a date and was told that they had a 7:30 slot open. I agreed, but mentioned that I needed to have the car ready by 12:30 as I had a Dr.'s appointment that afternoon. I was told it would not be a problem and I bought the car in on the designated day. They were all very friendly and explained what would be done to my car. I again reminded them of the 12:30 pickup time and they said no problem. Well. it turns out that they called me at around 9:30 to tell me that my car was ready, I went and picked it up. The checkout process was quickly done and I was on my way. GREAT JOB GUYS!! I dealt with two ladies at the service checkin area and with another lady at the cashier's window, all were very, very, nice!! So sorry I didn't get their names. More
