Hi mlissa107, It appears you prefer to keep posting wrongful information instead of contacting me for a resolution. Here is my response to you on a different platform offering to assist you. " I'm sorry you & your husband feel you were wronged by our service department. I personally reviewed the complaint and spoke to your husband offering an apology and trying to see if we can correct the situation. As I mentioned to your husband during our conversation, we could not get the light that he complained about to come on during the initial visit. Your husband returned two months later after having driven nearly 14,000 miles, complaining that the light was still coming on intermittently. We were able to get the light to come on, and we did find a faulty sensor that we subsequently repaired. At the time, it appeared that this was the cause of the light as it did not immediately return any faults or lights and found no reason to continue with a further diagnosis. When he returned the next day, complaining that the light had come on again, we proceeded to complete a more in-depth inspection that turned up the four possible issues with your vehicle that may be responsible for the light. We provided you with an estimate noting that these are needed repairs to the vehicle but may or may not be the source of the light. We will not be able to determine that until these issues are addressed. We are sorry that you lost confidence in us during this process and that you choose to take your vehicle elsewhere. Or technicians are trained and certified to work, not only on Chevy products, but on all makes and models & at the highest level of technical & mechanical training. Driving a vehicle 14,000 miles in two months will definitely cause a significantly higher level of wear & tear and require a higher level of maintenance. I remain willing & able to assist you with your vehicles needs and would love an opportunity to make things right by you if you find theirs anything I can do.
