I have no choice I’m going to have to go back up there to your dealer and try resolve some or a discrepancies in my contract that neither the bank or GM can help me with so maybe you can clarify them for me since I bought the truck from your dealer. if I’m wrong I’m wrong but if I’m right fix it!& you sold me the truck I want you guys to check it.I even emailed art sales person who helped me with truck no response. IF YOU REALLY WANTED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT You would make the initiative make them right it’s sad I have to get out of character and do all this extra when you or your staff could have done something about it then. & Yes I’ll be personally coming up there to hopefully be helped this time but something has me thinking I’m not going to be helped or I’ll get the run around or in general have my time wasted. as of right now I regret EVER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AND ILL BURN MY MONEY BEFORE I EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CHEVY OF MILFORD Again!. & GM OSCAR GUERRA LAST TIME WE SPOKE ON PHONE YOU WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE I HOPE YOU DONT TREAT ME THE SAME IN PERSON. Hello, Olena we're extremely sorry to hear about this and sorry to disappoint you. Unfortunately the situation is out of our control. The truck needs a computer, an "ECM" and Chevrolet does not have one available. They are on "National Back Order" What this means is that we have no idea when we will get one. It could be 1 week, or a couple of months. Although this is something that we have no control over, the only thing we can do is try to make things as less painful & inconvenient for you as possible. I know we provided you with a loaner vehicle, a New Blazer, but I understand your husband needs the use of a pickup truck. We do have a couple of pickup trucks in our loaner service that we can provide you with. I asked my Service Manager to put one on hold for you when one becomes available so we can exchange him out of the Blazer and into a Silverado, and we will also install a cover which he mentioned is crucial to him. Please give me a call at your earliest convenience so that we can discuss this further and find a way to make it as painless as possible while we deal with the consequences of parts shortages world wide. I did respond to your email & spoke to your husband who said he would speak with you and call me back. That was yesterday morning when I was first notified of your complaint, and I have not heard back on how else we could assist. Cordially, Oscar Guerra, GM at Chevrolet of Milford. 203-882-1971.
