We had a few specific options we were looking for and Will took the time to isolate those vehicles prior to our arrival so we weren't wasting any time looking at vehicles that didn't interest us. We ended up making multiple trips to the dealership, and never was there any pressure from Will to expedite our purchase. We strongly recommend you work with Will if you're considering a new or certified pre-owned vehicle. Will was with us from the time we started looking at vehicles, until we drove our new Traverse off the lot. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever had. Bill Kaepernik went the distance, literally, to get me the car color and interior I wanted. Chevrolet of Milford had the exact vehicle I wanted and was able to answer all my questions over the phone. We negotiated a price and they agreed to change the seat color to my preffered choice.
