I contacted several dealers to get a quote on a new Chevy Cruze and a ballpark estimate for my trade-in. Tim contacted me and provided a written quote. We exchanged emails, and he was very courteous. Tim looked around to see if he could find a match. In the end, he couldn't find anything, but he asked me to come by and take a look at what they had in stock. We ran numbers and negotiated on a couple vehicles, and both Tim and Bill were great. I may have been able to get a few more dollars off the price, but they provided a pleasant sales experience, and I think I was treated fairly. Overall, it was very good experience. More
I have not worked with many new car dealers in my lifetime as most of my cars have been purchased used from the owners. I had the typical stereotype in my mind about pushy salesmen when I started loo lifetime as most of my cars have been purchased used from the owners. I had the typical stereotype in my mind about pushy salesmen when I started looking at cars this time around and was pleased to find this was not at all the case with this dealer. They were if anything, laid back. Of tantamount importance was they only offered what I asked for and did not try at all to push me into a different model or car with different equipment than I wanted. Both the sales guys I worked with were fairly new to the position and the product line. This meant they were not as familiar with how all the equipment and features worked on the car but I simply view this as their learning curve and even here they were honest and up front, not trying to blow any smoke about the things they did not know. As a US taxpayer I see myself as a part owner of GM and therefor want GM to succeed. Hopefully they have lots of dealers like this that are out to serve their customers and get a GM product in as many driveways as possible! More

Mr. Toth and the entire staff went out of their way to locate the particular vehicle I wanted ( which was not in stock). Bill Kapernik was very helpful in getting the lease terms I requested and Mr. DiNuz locate the particular vehicle I wanted ( which was not in stock).
