I have purchased another vehicle and serviced it at this dealer with outstanding service on every occasion from the sales department from the manager to everyone in the sevice department. In addition, from the time of sale, everyone from Gary Grossinger and every other sales person, were wonderful. I would highly recommend Grossinger to everyone. Recently I was in a minor accident and although I was shaken from the event, the dealership helped me with calm from start to finish. They dealt with the tedious details of getting a tow truck and a rental car. They were kind enough to bring the rental to me so I did not have to miss work. They dealt with the repairs and service in a very professional way. From the small things like oil changes to the big things like car accidents, Grossinger can be counted on to get the work completed professionally and correctly. I'm very disappointed with the used pontiac g6 that was pushed on me. I say pushed because I get down there to be told I have to put 800 more dlrs down and the car was a wreck I had to get barrons brakes a pushed on me. Ralph was extremely gracious and took the time to learn about our family and what type of vehicle we were searching for. Bob Ingo, our salesman, made my husband and I feel very comfortable. He made it clear that he was working for us and did everything possible to get us the car he knew would make the most sense for our family at this point in our lives. Ralph also checked in on us throughout our whole process, even though his job is in the service department and not sales. It was refreshing to not have a car dealership attempt to sell us something that we knew we wouldn't be able to afford. Mike Bott and Fred Kodroff were also extremely kind and helpful. I recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Equinox from Grossinger Chevrolet. I was very pleased with the patience of my salesperson, Dan Allaire. I had been haggled at other dealers who tried to get me to over Chevrolet. I was very pleased with the patience of my salesperson, Dan Allaire. I had been haggled at other dealers who tried to get me to overspend, but Dan knew I was on a budget and helped me pick out the vehicle that met my needs. He stayed late after his shift and let me decide. The next day he made sure the vehicle was immaculant when I drove it off the lot...Dan was a good guy to deal with. The finance guy, Ceaser, was also helpful in assisting me to understand all the paperwork and was able to help me obtain a reasonable price. Dan also has establised a relationship with the service department at Grossinger and I now have the peace-of-mind of knowing that I can deal with them incase anything should need to be done. I was overall very satisfied and I'm really enjoying the new Equinox. More

When my poor 97 TBird gasped her last breathe and her wings were about to fall off, my mechanic told me to check out Grossinger Palatine. He had no connection with them. Dan Allaire is the best salesman ever. We came in to replace a car that was totaled at Christmas. Dan gave us the chance to try a few cars with no pressure. He found the right color and style we wanted and went out of his way for the best price and financing. He gave us the opportunity to take the car home the same day so we would not need to continue to get a rental. The car was also delivered with a full tank of gas. Dan stayed long after closing and never rushed us into making a decision or hurry out the door. We chose the Chevy Cruze and LOVE IT! Fred in finance was also wonderful. He explained all the warranty information and gave us an extra day to make a decision. This was a wonderful experience and really was what car buying should be.
