It took them a week to even diagnose the issue with my vehicle that had to be towed in. When I finally got my truck back, a month later, it was filthy and covered in bird poop, there was greasy fingerprin vehicle that had to be towed in. Even though I bought the truck on the weekend, it should’ve been detailed. It’s crazy that they don’t have detailers working on the weekends. I think the person that sold the car should’ve took initi should’ve been detailed. It’s crazy that they don’t have detailers working on the weekends. I think the person that sold the car should’ve took initiative and washed it on his own. At least take the stickers off the windows. But all around experience was good. More

I rate Chevy of south anchorage very poor on service. I took my truck in for repair and after they told me it was not covered under my extended policy told them not to repair. Then the wanted to charg I took my truck in for repair and after they told me it was not covered under my extended policy told them not to repair. Then the wanted to charge $315.00 for diagnoses. I refused to pay. They did not tell me in advance about the diagnoses charge and i believe it very deceptive. Both Josh and Dawson are very difficult to work with and I was never able to get ahold of anyone else in the service dept. None of my emails or phone calls were returned by a supervisor. Chevy of south anchorage's service dept is difficult at best. My claim for repair work was denied because of the policy i was sold at the time of the vehicle purchase. Deceptive. More
