I have an Extended Service paid for that last 3 years or 36,000 miles and I am at 1 year 2 months and about 15,000 miles, not close to either one of those. I have a part on my truck that is suppose to be changed and reprogrammed with a computer and that is not able to be done where I live by anyone because don't have the tools and no shops here. Kenny had told me that he has a few guys coming from General Motors to fix this problem on my truck and that he was leaving and Scott will be handling it while he's gone. Scott dont take my calls and I was told by another person he has no clue to any of this and I got transferred to Shane who says no one comes out here to do that. I keep getting hung up on from the ladies that answer the phone. I was told my a former employee that finance is suppose to do this for me because I bought the Extended Service threw them. So why is it I am not getting help or the service I paid for? I dont get and call backs from the voicemails I leave and or the messages that are taken telling me they will deliver the message right away. Calvin in finance was of no help either and verrrryy rude.
