I rate Chevy of south anchorage very poor on service. I took my truck in for repair and after they told me it was not covered under my extended policy told them not to repair. Then the wanted to charg I took my truck in for repair and after they told me it was not covered under my extended policy told them not to repair. Then the wanted to charge $315.00 for diagnoses. I refused to pay. They did not tell me in advance about the diagnoses charge and i believe it very deceptive. Both Josh and Dawson are very difficult to work with and I was never able to get ahold of anyone else in the service dept. None of my emails or phone calls were returned by a supervisor. Chevy of south anchorage's service dept is difficult at best. My claim for repair work was denied because of the policy i was sold at the time of the vehicle purchase. Deceptive. More
