Very impressive I had an appointment to get my truck recall taken care of. I had to drop it off a day early. Told him great and back to work I went. At approximately 5pm the same day Shane called and said my truck was all done and ready to go a whole day a head of schedule. I could have been more impressed with Shane and the dealership!!!! More

Awesome Experience Went in to test drive a 2016 Silverado 2500HD. Even before we walked in the door, we were greeted by a Sales Rep who offered us water or coffee. Felt Went in to test drive a 2016 Silverado 2500HD. Even before we walked in the door, we were greeted by a Sales Rep who offered us water or coffee. Felt very welcomed. We were looking for Sales rep John Corliss and were directed to his desk. We looked at several different models, even a diesel model. John was very knowledgeable about each vehicle, but did alert us that he was a new Sales rep and if he couldn't answer our questions, he would be able to get the answers we needed by consulting another rep. Instead we decided to order a 2017 Silverado so we could get the color and all the options we wanted. Another rep named Alex, assisted John in the process and all went smoothly. The General Mgr. Jamie finalized the transaction and because we had family ties to a GM employee (in Detroit), he made us feel our business was very appreciated. We are senior citizens and my husband said this was the best experience he has ever had at a car dealership. We would recommend Chevy of South Anchorage for anyone purchasing a vehicle in the Anchorage area. More
