Excellent Customer Service After losing my car keys and depending on the spare with no fob to lock and unlock my car, I called and spoke with Hart in Service. He said he had a f After losing my car keys and depending on the spare with no fob to lock and unlock my car, I called and spoke with Hart in Service. He said he had a fob and would program it for me. When I got there I asked him if I could get an oil change while he was programming the fob. No problem. He went out and moved my car for me and cheerfully took care of everything. I was shocked at how fast everything was done. He mentioned that my tire light was on and went through all of the safety check items with me and told me how inexpensive it would be to fix my broken tire sensor. This guy is awesome and an asset to your company. More

Recurring Problem with A/C Resolved 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe LT had recurring problem of losing refrigerant from A/C system. The issue was investigated in summer of 2015 and again in spring 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe LT had recurring problem of losing refrigerant from A/C system. The issue was investigated in summer of 2015 and again in spring of 2016. Both times I was assured it was repaired. In both cases the leak still persisted.. Finally, in June 2016, Shane Schenker and team took the vehicle in and did a comprehensive examination of the A/C system and discovered 2 lines under passenger rear door that were leaking, It took several hours to correct with new lines, but it was still under warranty. I was not charged for the service, which pleased me. Shane did keep me informed as to progress and it did take 2 days to complete repairs, but I am hopeful the issue is resolved. More
