Quick service! Initially, the service guy at Chevrolet of South Anchorage said it would take over an hour to rotate my tires and perform an oil change. The waiting room was comfy, and they offer free coffee. I took the opportunity to look at the new Camaro and Tahoe in the showroom. More

You say that having routine service can greatly improve the performance of your vehicle and save you money. This is true if the service is quality, however the service at your shop reduces the performance of the vehicle and costs more money. First the oil filter didn’t get tightened. Almost lost the engine a on that one! Then you wouldn’t reimburse me for filter tightening and adding oil due to it being almost out. Second, I was told that it would be no charge to seal the OnStar antenna because it was leaking and when I drove all the way there I was told that it was going to cost me. This repair had already been tried and should have been considered a call back or recall. I will never take my vehicle back there and I will never buy another one there.
