Dealer did not have vehicle when it was suppose to arrive and has been unwilling to work with me on undoing the purchase. Sales staff has been untruthful. One sales manager said that he would talk with the owner and said that they wanted to work with me and would work out the situation and then another sales manager says No. They apparently never spoke with the owner. Different sales manager now says that nothing can be done and will do nothing. I haven't even given them money down for the vehicle, yet they demand that I come and pick it up and that if I do not come and pick it up they will start to charge me a storage fee. More
