Matt is the most professional and honest service person I've ever experienced. He always does everything he can to make service work right. Unfortunately he has shop service folks who are extremely incompetent. It astonishing to me to expect $200 dollars per hour for mechanics that aren't worth $15 per hour. Fortunately for your dealership Matt continues to make things right. Please continue to allow him the freedom to work with customers as he always try's to make up for and adjust as needed for terrible work.
