The stuff was super nice and will to work with me and my wife. My wife was not sure on the the prose and they took the time to set down and walk us though it. Original computer analysis diagnosed most existing problems. I was contacted & advised on issues & recommended repairs by Cust. Serv. rep, & before repairs were started. Everyone was very nice, helpfu problems. I was contacted & advised on issues & recommended repairs by Cust. Serv. rep, & before repairs were started. Everyone was very nice, helpful, & patient, & my car was available to pick up when promised. I encountered an issue with low transmission fluid, upon pickup, & a mechanic did a brief test drive, added transmission fluid, then another test drive to assure vehicle was safe to drive. Transmission flush was further recommended to me. Car was not detailed, even a little, & a dirty paper floor protector was still on the floor. I paid almost $4K cash for my repairs, so I was a bit disappointed in the lack of the 'finishing up' details. Everything else was good. Car seems to be running well, since repaired. More
