The last two visits were horrible. They did not tighten the differential cove on my wife's car and it leaked fluid. Then they stripped the drain plug on my brand new pickup. Not a happy customer. I have been a customer of this dealership for years I always come back because customer service was great. Justin and Sarah always take care of your needs and they explain very well your service. Whoever it seems that there’s new staff in my last visit they never notified me when my car was ready they made me wait an extra 30 minutes in the lobby. I was during my lunch brake which caused me been late back to work. I am very disappointed with the new staff. More

The service department was very nice and helpful. The assistant manager helped me check in for my appointment. She took me to the waiting area so I could wait for my car while it was serviced. I thought the price for the oil change was a little high and they didn't give me a printout of the service check on my car like they normally do. Say they would e-mail it but didn't do it. More
