We just bought our 2nd vehicle from them. They have done an awesome job of getting us in the vehicles that we want. Today's deal was done faster than any I've done before. Update: As of July 15th which has been approximately 3 weeks since I got the car 2 separate and unfortunate things have happened, before I signed the lease agreement paperwork I was promised that everythi weeks since I got the car 2 separate and unfortunate things have happened, before I signed the lease agreement paperwork I was promised that everything was in working order and that the vehicle had been meticulously looked over the most visual issue was the front bumper not being held onto the front end of the car and having a major gap in between the bumper and the steel body of the vehicle I was promised that it would be an easy fix and not to worry and that they ordered the parts to fix it from Ford and I could bring the car in after a few days for the service techs to fix it, so after a few days and believing the business i brought the car back in when I was told they recieved the parts my expectation was that they would fix the bumper and that actual parts were being used from Ford which is what I was told, unfortunately that was not true at all as I found out only after the dealership had used JB weld to epoxy the bumper to the body of the vehicle without my knowledge as well as zip ties no parts were ever used and the right side of my vehicle is still not flush with the body of the car as this supposed fix was happening i believe the owner gave the okay to do what was done because he was visually inspecting the vehicle left and right side himself while it had been in the service shop. The second issue arose this past week my trunk has stopped working altogether the key fob as well as the inside cab release button do not work so in order to get into my trunk I have to use a key inside the key fob to get to key hole in the backseat in between the seat and sidewall I have to use a set of pliers and a hard to handle key thats inside my key fob to unlock the trunk to release the latch, I took the car into the dealership service center last Thursday and was told they would have to contact Ford about my extended warranty and it could cost me upwards 400 dollars to fix it, now keep in mind I have not even had this vehicle for a month I have put money down traded in my previous vehicle and have not even made my first payment and this is happening already and im going to have to spend another 400 dollars for something that should never have been a problem in the first place im massively dissapointed and I feel like I was lied to and taken for a fool by them instead of doing the right thing and taking care of the things they said they already had or would they glued my bumper to my car and are going to charge me to fix an issue that shouldn't exist in the first place and should not be my responsibility to pay for 3 weeks into having the car. Im stuck in this vehicle for 3 years and now im scared of what's next this experience started off great but I should have known not to trust what a company tells you when they tend to gain everything and I gain a contract based off of a lie im truly thinking about my options right now because i was smart enough to document everything when getting this vehicle the conversations documents etc. and i do so with everything just in case of situations like this i refuse to be taken advantage of. Keep in mind also when reading reviews for this company that any issues or complaints with the service department or the dealership in general all have very similar replies there is no true empathy shown to the customer or any real information given as to how they will rectify the situation being discussed through these reviews nor is there ever an update from the original person writing the review about a resolution that should honestly speak volumes about what happens when they write back to say please contact us to go over the situation so we can fix it. Im including pictures of the techs "fixing my bumper and yes that is a zip tie he is using to attach my bumper because it was still not right after using JB Weld. More
