I signed a new lease on December 3, 2020, for a 2021 Acura ILX. The process, spearheaded by Fred Ginwright, was smooth and easy, even thought a bit time-consuming on lease-signing day. Any blips in the experience -- no one to greet customers in the showroom, an unprepared model to test drive -- were just blips and, no doubt, the result of the pandemic which has created so many challenges for businesses of all types.
