Yery Sanchez was excellent! ! He went above and beyond for me and my mother. She was visiting from out of town for mothers day and was unable to get up with her mechanic. Her oil ! He went above and beyond for me and my mother. She was visiting from out of town for mothers day and was unable to get up with her mechanic. Her oil was very low so when she dropped me off for my scheduled oil change I asked if there was anything they could do. Yery and the team at Chevy chase Acura were able to fit her in and we were able to pick up our vehicles at the same time! I was also able to utilize the dealership Lyft service to go home while we waited. My mind was at ease that she could drive home safely. This is yet again why this is THE best dealership in the area! More
