When making my appointment for a diagnostics, I was not informed that my car wouldn’t be looked at that day. When going back to retrieve my car 5 hours later and absolutely NOTHING had been done, I was liv informed that my car wouldn’t be looked at that day. Prior to this, I kept taking the car in because the tire sensor was constantly saying the PSI was low. Finally, I was charged for a new sensor on that 1 tire when the whole time, the tire was destroyed on the inside. This was found out after that tire read low again a couple days later and the dealership was closed, forcing me to take the car to a tire shop. More

Lack of communication about the status of my vehicle as well as overall poor customer service are two reasons why I gave this rating. Having to replace the radiator and one of the letters on the emblem of well as overall poor customer service are two reasons why I gave this rating. Having to replace the radiator and one of the letters on the emblem of my 2022 Blazer that is less than 2 years old is troublesome to me as a new owner of a Chevy. In addition, I pointed out this chemical smell to my service advisor back in April, and he never followed through with getting me an appointment scheduled as he said. I’m grateful I remembered to add this concern to my upcoming appointment for an oil change. I ended up having to schedule a separate appointment to have the smell checked and the emblem replaced. No one told me that oil changes and other repairs have to be scheduled separately. Finding that out the morning of my appointment was quite frustrating. Last but not least, I sent an email to the Service Director of Chevyland to express my concerns, and he has yet to respond. I will be trading in this vehicle and never returning to this dealership again. More
