Almost 1000 dollar repair-2 days later…same issue. return vehicle for another “24-48 diagnostic”.Only for it to be day 4 and my vehicle has not even been looked at.Service advisor says I’ll call you-NE return vehicle for another “24-48 diagnostic”.Only for it to be day 4 and my vehicle has not even been looked at.Service advisor says I’ll call you-NEVER calls..but acts irritated when you call for an update.(I’ve only called twice)This whole place is a joke.I asked to speak with a manager only to be met with more resistance.”soon as I talk with the technician I’ll call you”—-that’s not who I asked for!horrible customer service.I was also told the technician has to go in the order the vehicles came….this is all after I was told I would be “prioritized” since I had to bring my vehicle back.definitely not feeling like a priority and definitely won’t be bringing my vehicle back EVER!
