This has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. The job was left clearly incomplete, with obvious issues that a competent department should have never missed. Even worse was the communication—or lack of it. Calls and messages went unanswered, updates were nonexistent, and when I did finally get a response, it was vague, dismissive, and unhelpful. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information that should have been communicated upfront. This department shows a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect for the customer’s time. I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to look elsewhere unless they’re prepared to chase answers and accept substandard work. When I called to complain, the service member Jailen Smith was rude, unprofessional, and even took the call on speaker and had others laughing at my frustrations. We have purchased four vehicles from Chevyland, two this year, and have never been met with such blatant disrespect for our business, time, and money! More
Dropped my car off on Thursday morning and Connor told me that i would have an update on my car but CONNER NEVER CALLED ME I called up there that following Friday and Saturday just for Conner to be with a cu that i would have an update on my car but CONNER NEVER CALLED ME I called up there that following Friday and Saturday just for Conner to be with a customer but never received a call back. So it’s Monday still no call from conner so i calls up there Monday talked to some lady just to give me some kinda update on the car and she did but Conner customer service is very poor. And Jason who worked on my car just fix the part and not fix it after he fixed the problem. I brought my car up there in good condition but get it back with my console where my drinks and the stick to park the car thing was up and my other console was out of wack is wild More
Chevyland completely mishandled a major engine failure on my 2021 Silverado. They gave me incorrect information about GM cost assistance, never submitted the required case, ignored GM’s attempts to contact t my 2021 Silverado. GM confirmed none of that was true. I attempted to speak with the service manager for clarification, but my call was never returned. Instead, I continued receiving explanations from the advisor that did not match GM’s documentation. After quoting me $6,674 to $9,886, they pressured me to authorize a teardown based on an approval that didn’t exist. I lost over two weeks, more than $1,000 in rental fees, and ultimately had to tow my truck out because the dealership’s lack of honesty and follow-through left me with no other reasonable option. Avoid this service department for anything serious. More

I have had it in their service department twice and they have basically told me they don't know what to tell me and I might want to get another opinion. Be sure and get the extended warranty. So thankful I did. So much for the salesman's pitch that they stand behind their sales. More
I have taken my vehicle to be Chevyland service 5 times for the same issue dating back to 2022. Each time, I am told that they replaced a part, and the issue is resolved but few months later, I am back wit for the same issue dating back to 2022. Service manager Josh has been very rude and disrespectful throughout this time. He is nearly unreachable by phone, doesn’t return phone calls, and when you walk in his office, he doesn’t listen or understand customer issues because he knows everything. I would not recommend Chevyland service to anyone! More

Truck broke, extended warranty. Replaced starter. In & out in less then 48 hours. Thanks to Jeff. Broke down again 4 days later. Jailen help out on Sat 18 May. After no luck on rent Replaced starter. Thanks. 21 May, Jeff texted taking the blame for the return visit as their error, and apologized. Could have made up a story, but didn't. Thanks for being honest and reputable. Also cut me a check for the full towing charge I incurred. Mistakes happen, but your staff's integrity carried the day for both of us. Thanks again, I will keep coming back. More
