I was told my car had been given a full service inspection and showed no major issues. I filled up my car 3 times since I purchased and each time after I gassed up I had to turn it over multiple times to get it to finally get it to start and got a check engine light. I finally had time in my busy schedule to take it to an Audi dealership to diagnose the issue. Having bought a used car I expected and had prepared for some minor maintenance issues prior to purchase of whatever car i had decided on but not like this... My check engine light was not only for my fueling up problem (bad EVAP purge valve) but ALSO for a faulty thermostat and a hole in my exhaust flex pipe. Audi also strongly recommended front brake and rotor replacement (only 3 mm left). $2500 later you could say my confidence in this dealership was completely gone. One of two things happened, they either cleared the CEL and sold me the car anyways OR their service department is just that bad. Neither made me want to go back. When test driving the car I had noticed that the sport shift (tiptronic) feature on the car was not working properly. I was assured during the sale and in writing that the dealership would replace the faulty part once they had ordered and received it. How they did not notice and fix this before they showed the car is beyond me, but i understand mistakes happen and gave them a chance to rectify the situation. I called them a week later to inquiry and was told that they had ordered the WRONG part, with not even a courtesy call from them about the delay. Nearly 2 weeks later and they still don't have a proper replacement shifter. I called the dealership to explain my situation and was told by the salesperson and manager that I had an attitude, I bought a used car at a great price, and didn't understand why I didn't want them servicing my car. If you absolute, no other way, must purchase a car from them, do yourself a favor and get a third party inspection. This place is a shady car flipping dealership, don't let the fancy cars in the showroom fool you. I think the only reason they have good reviews is because they get lucky with a majority of the used cars they get needing no major service. More

We purchased exactly the car we inquired about and the car was just as beautiful as the pics . We definitely made a great choice considering we had gone to several other auto dealers. When I test drove my vehicle, the check engine light came on. We thought it was just a question of resetting the ECU, which the service department did while we were writing up the purchase. The light came back on during the rive home. I called to let them know, and they asked me to bring the vehicle back for them to check. It turned out that the problem was a timing chain rather than a sensor. I was told that parts needed to be ordered. Since they didn't really have a legal obligation to do the fix, I was expecting the worst. Parts arrived, I dropped off the vehicle at the service department, and the car was ready a week later. Picked it up thinking that I was going to have an argument. Instead: no charge, no hassle, just nice people. They even replaced my wife's keyfob battery free of charge for her car bought elsewhere. I can't imagine a better used car purchase experience. We will definitely deal with them again. More
