Bad Products Very bad Experience We bought a 2014 Ford Expedition EL On 3/7/2017 and drove it to Kansas City and on 3/22/207 The car stalled on us took it to Ford Very bad Experience We bought a 2014 Ford Expedition EL On 3/7/2017 and drove it to Kansas City and on 3/22/207 The car stalled on us took it to Ford dealer and they informed us this car has a bad engine and they are sure the dealer was aware of it i called the dealer and Spoke to Marco which he informed me i was out of luck so after spending $17100 to buy it im having to spend another $5000 for an engine. Very bad business More

When I test drove my vehicle, the check engine light came on. We thought it was just a question of resetting the ECU, which the service department did while we were writing up the purchase. The light came back on during the rive home. I called to let them know, and they asked me to bring the vehicle back for them to check. It turned out that the problem was a timing chain rather than a sensor. I was told that parts needed to be ordered. Since they didn't really have a legal obligation to do the fix, I was expecting the worst. Parts arrived, I dropped off the vehicle at the service department, and the car was ready a week later. Picked it up thinking that I was going to have an argument. Instead: no charge, no hassle, just nice people. They even replaced my wife's keyfob battery free of charge for her car bought elsewhere. I can't imagine a better used car purchase experience. We will definitely deal with them again. More

Beware of this dealership I give this dealership zero stars actually. when I was buying a car of course they were as nice as can be. once I left and started having problems wit I give this dealership zero stars actually. when I was buying a car of course they were as nice as can be. once I left and started having problems within a month they turned into the complete opposite. I bought a Jaguar from them and within 6 months it was in and out of the shop at least four times. I even had to buy a new engine and in that process I was without a car for a month. then there were other problems including the transmission. I find it hard to believe that they didn't know about these problems before they sold it to me. I ended up having to trade it in after 6 months at another dealership and take a loss. Ever time I called or emailed they acted like I was a nuisance and when ever I asked to talk to the owner he was always busy and never would speak to me. Save yourself the headache and don't buy from Chicago Auto Place cause you will regret it. there are actual honest car dealerships out there, this just isn't one of them. More

By far the best service I've had from a dealer. My sales associate, Steve, was awesome. He was completely honest during the sale and convinced me to get a different vehicle than what I came in for. They have a vast selection and I was focused on style more than grace. Steve made me realize what I wanted wasn't what I needed. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. More
