It's hard to buy a car for some, it leaves you vulnerable, and it's not like you're buying a sandwich. I couldn't believe people aren't more flexible. Robbie, crunched the numbers and even though he didn't have to take it too far out of his way to make it work, he did, bringing my total payment to our comfort level, that sold us on the deal. He didn't try and get my info. so that he could stalk us at a later date, for a sale, just gave me the numbers. As a matter of fact, I called back to make sure he had the right quote and price for the 2011 Prius that I was interested in, because his price was so competitive than every dealership. So we went in the next day and were equally impressed by kindness, genuine people that know how to be with people. Jose was awesome, they were giving of information and helpful, they gave us contacts then Mark (finance) wasn't scary either, that is where it can get scary for me, but that was smooth too, he also got on the line through out the day, and worked some magic at the end, voila, start to finish exactly what our budget was, what they quoted, no more: from our phone conversation to driving the car off the lot. This dealership had the exact vehicle I wanted on their ebay auction page. Negotiating the purchase price was easy and reasonable. When I flew into Chicago, I was promptly picked up by Zoran and driven to the dealership where my newly detailed vehicle was waiting. As I had a 6 hour drive back to Ohio, they handled the paperwork signing and transfer quickly and efficiently, so I could get on my way as soon as possible. The Evoque I purchased was in pristine condition and has performed flawlessly in the 2 weeks I have owned the vehicle.
