My High Expectations Were Surpassed I recently found myself in the market for a new vehicle. After some research, I narrowed my selection to two different makes/models - one being the M I recently found myself in the market for a new vehicle. After some research, I narrowed my selection to two different makes/models - one being the Mazda CX-5. I had never driven a Mazda before, so I went to the nearest dealer - Morrie's. Based on my research, I had high expectations for the CX-5. Based on my 30+ year experience with car dealers, my expectations of Morrie's was typical - they would be friendly and do their best to sell me a car. And that was fine with me. On both counts, my expectations were greatly surpassed. First, the CX-5 is awesome. I love the many safety and comfort features. Kudos to Mazda! Second, and surprisingly important to me, Morrie's was awesome too! Our salesman Rob was, as expected, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Mazda. However, Rob did not try to sell us a car. Instead, he did his damndest to define and deliver what we needed and wanted in a car. In our case, that was a specific CX-5, at a specific interest rate. The Morrie's team did not treat us like customers; they treated us like friends who they were determined to make happy. And they succeeded. Kudos to Morrie's! More

I had been looking a while and too no avail I could not find the right r My wife and I were looking for a more reliable commuter vehicle for myself. I had been looking a while and too no avail I could not find the right ranger for me. Most of them out there had high miles, a lot of rust, or were just too expensive. Andrew Sonnentag at Morries got us into a beautiful 2010 Ford Ranger with lower miles and little to no rust. Be it that we lived so far away finding a time that my wife and I could get in during business hours to do paper work would have made making the deal extremely difficult. No problem, Andrew brought the deal to us! 10 stars for the guys at Morries, and thank you Andrew! More

We were driving over an hour to see the vehicle and were on the fence about it. Adam sent a 5 min personal video with an overview of the vehicle which was extremely helpful and sold us on the vehicle. He was really helpful and friendly. Was told one thing and they did another. Purchased a used vehicle and trading in my old vehicle. The "manager" who appraised my vehicle for trade in went through this whole computer process Purchased a used vehicle and trading in my old vehicle. The "manager" who appraised my vehicle for trade in went through this whole computer process and politely explained to me that they could only offer me so much money for my vehicle because he would just it at "X" amount of money and to give me anything higher than that would result in very little profit for them, which I understood is a business and they are trying to make money so I took them for their word as they seemed genuine and honest which is supposed to be their whole business model. But when I check back a few days later to see what they listed my car for it was listed $3,000 more than what they had told me it would list as. I don't mind them offering me less money for my trade in than I wanted, that's business. I just don't appreciate being lied to about it. If your trying to sell yourself as the dealership that does right by the customer then you need to do right by the customer, not say one thing to them and then do something completely different. Just be honest and upfront not shady and underhanded. More
